Hose and cabinet system
The need for use of semi-rigid hose reel fire cabinets (TS EN 671-1) and flat hose reels (TS EN 671-2) is evaluated according to user type and facility risk.
TS EN 671 fire hose cabinets, floor columns, fire brigade connection ports, valve arrangement and critical point pressure calculation inside the building.
In the fire cabinet and fire department connection work, floor-based cabinet layouts, hose access areas, column diagrams, fire department connection directions, valve and check valve equipment, and line data used in the calculation are arranged together.
Depending on the type of project, quantity surveying, technical specifications, test procedure and as-built drawings are also included in the scope of work.
Within the scope of TS EN 671 product standard and BYKHY, the necessity of the system, hydraulic flow rate and usage scenario should be checked separately. The fire cabinet does not replace the sprinkler system.
The current BYKHY, relevant product and system standards, manufacturer conformity certificates and authorized administration/fire department opinions are verified at the beginning of the design. Fixed flow/pressure/capacity values are not declared without project data.
Technical Project Request →In the Fire Cabinet and Fire Department Connection study, the following information can be shared at the first meeting. Field detection or additional calculation requirements for missing data are determined separately. Preparation of documents does not automatically guarantee acceptance by the relevant institution or a particular test result.
| Startup entry | Output to be defined in the proposal |
|---|---|
| Building plan, column and cabinet locations | Cabinet and connection layout |
| Feeding, weight and usage information | Column diagram and account entries |
| Fire department access conditions | Label, access and test scope |
The building plan, column and cabinet locations are shared along with the facility's district, usage style and desired service. Account, project, application and test items are separated in the written scope.
In revisions to interior walls, escape routes or floor usage, access to cabinets, column connections and the accessibility of the fire department entry point are re-evaluated. The label and equipment locations in the field are compared with the project.
Cabinet and connection layout, column diagram and calculation entries and other documents included in the scope of work are delivered. The file format and revision scope are determined at the outset.
No. The placement of the fire cabinet and fire department connection is examined according to the building plan, connection layout, floor elevations and usage conditions. A single scheme for a cabinet or column cannot be transferred to every structure exactly.
Project planning, assembly, field inspection and testing tasks are defined separately. The proposal states which party is responsible for which work.
Requests from Çorlu, Ergene, Kapaklı and Tekirdağ are evaluated from our Çerkezköy center. The time and conditions of the field visit are decided separately.
