Heat loss calculation
Heat loss based on outer shell, window, ventilation and design temperatures is determined on a location basis.
We project boiler, heat pump, heat exchanger, collector and terminal units as a single system. We determine the heat needs of the spaces and design the distribution circuit and equipment operating conditions accordingly.
The capacity of the heating installation is not selected only from the device label power. Building heat losses, system temperature regime, simultaneous use and control scenario are evaluated together.
Heat loss based on outer shell, window, ventilation and design temperatures is determined on a location basis.
Boiler, heat pump and heat exchanger selection; part load is considered along with operating temperatures and backup need.
Pipe diameter, line losses, collector, circulation pump, expansion and safety elements are associated with the calculation.
The temperature and flow conditions of the radiator, underfloor heating, fan-coil or air central coil are evaluated.
After the project data and existing system conditions are determined, calculations, layout, equipment and field coordination are brought together in the same technical document.
Architectural project, thermal insulation and target interior and exterior design temperatures are taken.
After heat loss calculation, the appropriate temperature regime and device layout are determined.
Pipe diameters, pump head and critical line losses are calculated.
Plans, diagrams, device descriptions, quantity surveying and application coordination are prepared.
Depending on the type of project, the following data may be shared:
Terminal capacity should also be examined when converting an existing high-temperature installation to a low-temperature heat pump. Condensing boiler or heat pump efficiency depends on the return temperature of the system and actual operating conditions.
The regulations to be applied to the project, relevant TS/TS EN standards, equipment manufacturer requirements and employer technical specifications are evaluated together. Design assumptions are verified against the actual conditions of the facility.
