Heating and Hydronic Systems
Heat loss, pipe diameters, pump selection, project planning of collector, exchanger and terminal systems.
Mechanical installation project; It defines the design of heating, cooling, ventilation, water systems and auxiliary installations with relevant calculations. MKA Engineering determines the project, implementation and supervision scope separately for new building and existing facility requests.
In mechanical installation project design, space needs, energy use, equipment placements, pipe and duct routes, maintenance access and operational continuity are examined together. Interdisciplinary coordination, accounting data, and field applicability are part of the process.
Heat loss, pipe diameters, pump selection, project planning of collector, exchanger and terminal systems.
Evaluation of cooling loads, ventilation flow rates, duct and equipment placements.
Domestic water, hot water, circulation, waste water, booster, tank and auxiliary installation systems.
Project and field coordination in compressed air, process water, cooling water and steam-condensate lines.
The scope of work is determined by the size of the project and existing system data.
Building usage data, process demands and existing installations are examined.
Capacities, locations and operating conditions are evaluated.
Drawings are prepared with pipe/channel route, hydraulic and thermal controls.
The bill of materials, technical specifications, field coordination and testing requirements are determined.
For preliminary technical evaluation, the following data available may be shared:
In the selection of accounts and equipment, relevant TS/TS EN, ISO, ASHRAE and national legislation references are taken as basis, depending on the nature of the system.
Each project is evaluated separately according to its own structure and usage conditions.

Project and account details →During the Mechanical Installation Project study, the following information available can be shared at the first meeting. Field detection or additional calculation requirements for missing data are determined separately. Preparation of documents does not automatically guarantee acceptance by the relevant institution or a particular test result.
| Startup entry | Output to be defined in the proposal |
|---|---|
| Architectural drawings, space and process usage | System diagrams and layout plans |
| Working hours and capacity expectations | Capacity, pipe/duct and pump calculations |
| Current device, line and energy source information | Equipment list, quantity survey and delivery file defined in the contract |
Architectural drawings, location and process usage are shared along with the facility's district, usage style and desired service. Account, project, application and test items are separated in the written scope.
The drawings are compared with the field. If there are revisions, changes in use, and missing equipment information, their impact on the account or project is examined.
System diagrams and layout plans, capacity, pipe/duct and pump calculations and other documents included in the scope of work are delivered. The file format and revision scope are determined at the outset.
No. Usage, system structure and field data are different. Numerical values cannot be applied to all facilities without verifying the relevant calculation and method.
Project planning, assembly, field inspection and testing tasks are defined separately. The proposal states which party is responsible for which work.
Requests from Çorlu, Ergene, Kapaklı and Tekirdağ are evaluated from our Çerkezköy center. The time and conditions of the field visit are decided separately.
Share the facility location, current project status and the service you want for the Mechanical Installation Project. Let's clarify the scope of discovery, calculation, application and delivery together.
In addition to new mechanical installation projects, for the operating conditions of the existing system Mechanical installation periodic control scope you can review. In production facilities, compressor capacity, line route and consumption points are separated separately. compressed air installation project are considered within the scope.
