Process water distribution
Machine connections, consumption flow rate, pressure requirement and required water quality are evaluated.
We prepare system setup, flow-pressure calculation and field layout for process water supply, machine cooling circuits, heat exchanger connections and related auxiliary mechanical lines in industrial production facilities.
It is not correct to design every process line with the same material or in the same speed range. The temperature of the fluid, its chemical nature, equipment tolerances and the effect of the malfunction on production determine the design criteria.
Machine connections, consumption flow rate, pressure requirement and required water quality are evaluated.
Open or closed circuit need, heat exchanger approach, temperature difference and pump capacity are determined.
Pipe material suitable for the fluid, pressure class, isolated/bypass connections and critical line losses are examined.
Pressure, temperature, flow measurement and automation points are connected to the operating control scenario.
Design assumptions are clarified by evaluating each facility's intended use, existing infrastructure and equipment conditions separately.
Fluid, flow rate, pressure and temperature limits of each device are collected.
Tank, pump, filter, heat exchanger and return system are designed.
Line losses, heat transfer and simultaneity are analyzed.
P&I, route, equipment list, bill of quantities and specifications are prepared.
Missing information and scope of discovery can be determined at the first meeting.
When the fluid is dangerous, corrosive or high temperature, material and safety conditions are determined separately. Backup pump, bypass and isolation arrangements should be evaluated for production continuity in critical processes.
Relevant legislation, applicable TS/TS EN standards, employer technical specifications and manufacturer instructions are checked according to the project type. Application and testing processes must be carried out in accordance with the authorization/license conditions.
Submit Technical Request →No. In addition to flow rate, demand pressure of the device, line losses, suction conditions, fluid properties and control scenario are important.
