Periodic control service

We distinguish between legal work equipment inspection and operational maintenance.

Periodic control of work equipment; It is the inspection of the safe use conditions of devices and systems covered by the relevant legislation by authorized persons within the specified period and criteria. Periodic maintenance includes service, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, parts replacement and repair. Both activities complement each other, but do not replace each other.

Frequently asked questions

About authority, period and reporting.

We explain under what conditions the EKIPNET registered authorized engineering service creates an official report and how it differs from maintenance work.

Are periodic inspection and periodic maintenance the same?

No. Periodic control is the inspection and testing of work equipment covered by the relevant legislation by an authorized person. Maintenance includes operations such as cleaning, adjustment, lubrication, parts replacement and repair. Both are planned separately.

Is there an annual legal inspection requirement for all installations?

Formal periodic inspection requests are evaluated based on equipment type and applicable requirements. The valid registration/authorization conditions and required contractual procedures of the person who will prepare the report are verified before the work begins. Supplementary technical inspection, maintenance follow-up and legal control are defined by separate scope and documentation.
